Depends on how they treated the situation. The first issue that I have is that they initially got authorization for this to combat terrorism. That means that they didn't have authorization to spy on citizens unless it has something to do with terrorism. I understand that they are going to spy on non-citizens, but when they do they had better use proper procedures when it envolves citizens. If not ...
