Oh I understand this ... my comment was aimed at Trump saying that those players who don't want to stand at the anthem shouldn't be in the country.
So, obviously he wants them out of the country, because of their desire to transmit a message (during the anthem) that Trump doesn't like

(I hope, btw. that most players solidarize and use the alternative means that was offered to them ... i.e. stay in their locker rooms ... so that maybe, many matches will have only a couple of players being out on the field for the anthem ... or maybe some matches even not a single player of one of the 2 teams )

If they don't like America they should leave. They have the money so what's stopping them?

They only pointed at the fact that Trump (in February 2017) blocked an Obama era regulation that made it harder for mentally ill people to obtain guns,
while now (just a year later) claiming/complaining that mass shooting are performed by mentally ill people

That regulation was bad, so deregulation was necessary. Here's the thing, gun control advocates want more and more regulation to prevent any mentally ill person from getting a gun. Only people like Obama think like that because they don't care that regulations take away freedom.

This is a stupid regulation for 3 reasons. 1) It discouraged people from seeking help from a psychiatrist. 2) Not all mental illness makes a person a danger to themselves and others, or not significantly. 3) It discouraged psychiatrists from diagnosing people with mental illness BECAUSE THAT'S JUST LIKE REPORTING THEM TO THE FEDS AND TAKING THEIR RIGHTS AWAY.

Under the Obama regulation not every person with a mental illness would have gotten the persons included into the database, only those with severe forms.
It would be just 75k people, in a country that has more than 300 million inhabitants
