I'm counting work, including outside of class. Doesn't change the fact that you're about the real life male version of Peggy Hill.

I was talking about homosexuals, most privileged minority in America.
    TOTAL BULL**** ON ALL LEVELS!

LGBT (including homosexuals) are NOT the most privileged minority in America. They are still the most PERSECUTED.

YOU MORON, don't understand anything. You take stupidity to a whole new level.

    LOL. Bull****.
Like the bull**** coming out of your mouth?

Financially you generally get paid more. You're way more privileged than any member of a visible minority.
    Idiot. No we don't.

Answer (1 of 5): Yes and no but mostly no. The reason its mostly no is because that implies that employers are these homophobic bastards that choose to pay gay men less because of their sinful lifestyles. Uh-yeah no. While some employers may not agree with homosexuality you just don’t see that b...

We actually get paid far less. And it hasn't improved.

Nobody was arrested for their beliefs. You ****ing lunatic. But then again you're the one who thinks that gay men get paid more than straight men. You're a ****ing idiot!

UM **** YES THEY DO YOU, you goosestepping fascist.

Right to work = bull****. It's republican propaganda. You are so ****ing brainwashed.

Right to work... you might as well start right to execute anyone who disagrees with you, like what some republicans want.

        • Or you could read it, you know what "as amended" means right? Things that have been amended or repealed are removed or are written as amended?
Just because it says that doesn't guarantee it's accuracy.

The Texas one seems pretty straightforward too.
Interesting, it's the one from '76 not the Texas Constitution that was passed in '36. I will have to see how they differ.

          • VArious studies in Australia and Canada also confirm gay men earn far less than straight men.

Oh and as far as that right to work bull**** that is an assault on the American worker:

One thing I really like that Sanders did. I wish such a bill would get passed.

All "right to work" laws need to be gutted and banned. They do nothing but damage the economy.,

Right to work is exactly that. It means teachers like me don't have to belong to a bull**** union that doesn't represent me. Right to Work is awesome.

Right to work... you might as well start right to execute anyone who disagrees with you, like what some republicans want.
You are aware that your savior FDR condemned public sector unions?

The neat part is that the South is actually catching up and superceding the North economically because of right to work. You have trash dumpsters like Michigan and Ohio sliding from the top 10 down to the bottom.

Right to work is awesome. It's part of why Texas has been kicking northern ***.

No. Right to work is bull****. It's basically they can fire you for any stupid reason and it's an assault on the American worker. It also has had profound damage in the states where it is in effect.

Nobody gives a FLYING **** about you. Many of us, myself included, do work with union protection. We can at least negotiate a better contract, while you're stuck in the same sh*tty salary.

You're so ****ING STUPID. For one that is not true at all. The South is collapsing economically (look at what Bobby Jindal did to Louisiana). And look at Texas which is in the midst of one of the worst recessions in the whole ****ing nation.

And Ohio? Sliding to the bottom? Are you ****ing kidding me?

                TEXAS is in the dumps.

Which explains why couples drove from Ohio all the way over to Kentucky and showed up at that particular county, which is neither well populated or the nearest Kentucky county to Ohio - when they could have gotten married in Ohio, which did not have the law that Kentucky had?

Doesn't pass the smell test to me. Like everyone of these cases, there existed viable alternatives that were not chosen. These are targeted lawsuits.

Good for you. It makes you more expensive, less productive and less qualified than your non-union competition which is kicking your sorry southern democrat rear ends.

All Government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. It has its distinct and insurmountable limitations when applied to public personnel management. The very nature and purposes of Government make it impossible for administrative officials to represent fully or to bind the employer in mutual discussions with Government employee organizations. The employer is the whole people, who speak by means of laws enacted by their representatives in Congress. Accordingly, administrative officials and employees alike are governed and guided, and in many instances restricted, by laws which establish policies, procedures, or rules in personnel matters.
                        He goes on:

This obligation is paramount. Since their own services have to do with the functioning of the Government, a strike of public employees manifests nothing less than an intent on their part to prevent or obstruct the operations of Government until their demands are satisfied. Such action, looking toward the paralysis of Government by those who have sworn to support it, is unthinkable and intolerable. It is, therefore, with a feeling of gratification that I have noted in the constitution of the National Federation of Federal Employees the provision that "under no circumstances shall this Federation engage in or support strikes against the United States Government."

Per Capita, Texas is way bigger now and is now in the top 10 of states, up from about 32nd in the 60s.

California is stronger than any nation in the southern republican blackhole as I call it. Bobby Jindal is just one example of many. Jindal was so bad, Louisiana went crying back to a democrat to save them.

Oh and how am I less qualified? I have more degrees and more background than you or any other idiot in your stupid ass state.

I hate to break this to you, but your historical revisionism and taking quotes out of context doesn't fly on here. And California is still better than your exploding ****factory state.
