It is a bit unclear if he was actually gay or just trying to lure gays to their death. Right now we have two people who say they prevjously saw him in the bar, one says he saw him once, while the other claims he saw him many times. I remind people of the confusing and contradictory "rememberances" people claimed to have seen during the JFK assassination. You get a whole lot of contradictory nonsense and misinformation after traumatic events as people's minds try to fill in details.

Yup. Great news. There will be a vote, which will be soundly defeated by the Republican majority, a fact which will then be used in attack ads by Democratic candidates against vulnerable incumbent Republican senators, possibly playing a small role in defeating some of those senators, which might shift the balance of the Senate slightly toward the left, which means that the next time there's an awful massacre (likely after tens of thousands more have died from gun violence), gun control measures will be defeated by a slimmer margin. Woo!
