You used the RT, and they reported the same thing. You can't trust mainstream media anymore. That's why you are poisoned by the Kool AID. How do you think she got away with this? Because everyone said she was too stupid to know how to do it right.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?

Too stupid? More vapid ridiculous insults. Coming from a genuinely stupid psychopath, like yourself, more irony. For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. You should have listened to what Comey actually said more closely. Regarding her use of an unprotected Blackberry on state trips, he said..Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostSo the 500+ officials who sent the email should have known too? Sorry, but I am simply not buying it. She didn't compromise national security.
Given that she was exchanging highly classified emails, then yes that was a risk to national security. If she had listened to the instructions of the NRA that risk would never have happened, she chose to disregard them for the sake of personal convenience.Originally posted by ComeyShe also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account.
Again, here is Comey's account of what actually happened..Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostThe vast majority of emails weren't classified and it turns out Comey said only three were marked with a small "C".
It is also worth mentioning here that Sidney Blumenthal was sending her classified information about Libya, information he had no business having due to his lack of a security clearance. That would be the Sidney Blumenthal who President Obama had forbidden from working with State, but who Secretary Clinton decided to put on the payroll of the Clinton Foundation during the time he was feeding her information on Libya. Information that it turned out wasn't particularly accurate but which appears to have served his own economic interests in the region.Originally posted by ComeyFor example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail (that is, excluding the later “up-classified” e-mails).
The polling doesn't particular interest me, I've never doubted she will beat Trump (barring a huge attack on America in late September/early November). All that interests me are her unfavorables, which as of the latest Jul 9-11th polls were between -13 and -25. For a Presidential candidate that is appalling, and shows exactly why in any normal year she would be getting her ass kicked.Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostHere is a WaPo article on the polling out right now (which Hillary still leads in the majority and leads in most of the swing states and even makes republican states competitive):
An article by Lanny Davis? Oh give me a break, he just rewrote reality into a nice shiny Clinton packaged version that conveniently ignores everything Comey actually said and lays out a nonsense that her supporters can feel all warm about. It was not 3 classified emails, it was over 2000 classified emails. If indeed Clinton didn't understand that emails relating to the drone program or intelligence matters were actually classified then she's a ****ing idiot who should have no place near intelligence materials. But she isn't a ****ing idiot, she's an extremely intelligent lawyer, and she knew damn well that stuff was classified, she was just careless as hell with it.Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostOh and here is Kidicious's favorite source explaining why she wasn't careless with her emails:
"But then at the congressional hearing on Thursday, he withdrew his claim. He said that three, out of more than 30,000, had a marking of a small "C" — something he said a classification expert would not regard as sufficient to know the document contained classified information."
Not even an expert would have known. And the actual number of supposedly classified emails was THREE. Yes, three. And based on insufficient data. Sorry but there isn't anything here and it simply isn't true. Hillary is an expert in certain areas, but she isn't a classification expert. And 3 out of 30,000 with only a dubious C marking isn't enough to prove anything.
Oh and the fact she didn't bother showing up to a special cyber security briefing set up just for her to ensure she knew all the dangers of using personal email says an awful lot about how important she considered it.

No. You didn't actually read the testimony he gave before the Congress. But I guess selective thinking is what some choose to do around here. And no it wasn't 2,000. It was 3.Originally posted by kentonio View PostYou should have listened to what Comey actually said more closely. Regarding her use of an unprotected Blackberry on state trips, he said..

No it wasn't bloody 3, it was 3 marked emails in the batch that were discovered AFTER she had supposedly handed over all work related emails to State. If you want to continue making that claim, then feel free to quote Comey's exact words and the surrounding context.Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostNo. You didn't actually read the testimony he gave before the Congress. I took what he said at the Congressional hearing. And those weren't even marked clearly. Apparently none of them were marked other than the three. So nothing was compromised, nor was there any legal wrongdoing.Originally posted by kentonio View PostNo it wasn't bloody 3, it was 3 marked emails in the batch that were discovered AFTER she had supposedly handed over all work related emails to State. So apparently there is no risk to the 2000 odd classified emails that didn't have classified markings on them being transfered through an unrotected server or via an unprotected Blackberry while in foreign countries like Russia and China, because gee those silly foreigners would never work out an email about drone strikes was important if it didn't have a 'classified' tag on it..Originally posted by Giancarlo View PostI took what he said at the Congressional hearing. There wasn't enough evidence to prove any sort of legal wrongdoing. So I will go with that. There was also zero evidence that anything was compromised. What a clownshow the RNC is... plagiarized speeches, homophobic bigots from TV shows, etc... I'm surprised Josh Duggar wasn't there to cap it all off.
But they have this moron:
