thanks, we've seen reduced rainfall the last 3-4 years... I replaced our sump pump maybe 5 years ago and its barely run. But this spring our drought ended and we're back into a heavy rain pattern. Bunch of people have flooded basements, including a couple of my golfing buddies. One has over 10k in damage and repairs for clogged drains.
