    When It Comes To BBQ, What's Your Preference?

    I have no valid statistics, but merely as an observation, beef seems to be the winner in Texas. Marbled or lean, I'm not sure.
    Personally, I lean more to Turkey or Ham, although Sausage is good.

                I didn't put ribs, neither beef nor pork, was a decision on my part.
