Ken does have a point there. Just saying. DD was gullible enough to buy into the whole "skewed polls" conspiracy nonsense.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

A partner in my father's firm, former Democratic congressman from North Dakota I think (name is escaping me) commented that with another president like Obama the Democratic Party will cease to exist.
Not because he disagrees with Obama's policies but because he's managed to **** over every Democrat that isn't himself. The Dems are in the weakest position they've been in a very long time, controlling almost no state governments and at a severe disadvantage in both the House and Senate.

I wouldn't trust anyone who involved with either party to have a useful opinion on politics. ~40% of American voters are going to vote [D|R] even if their candidate was the reanimated corpse of Hitler. So really all they need to win is for the other side to feel complacent and not turn out, and the idiots who can't properly punch a hole in a card will decide the rest.

By all objective accounts Obama has done extremely well despite a nearly treasonous hatred for America which Republicans have shown. Just their attempts to cash the American economy should have gotten them all executed during the run up to 2012.

What Dashiell said combined with the fact that Republicans have gerrymandering the house districts to hell and back. Dashi's post pretty much covers the Senate.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
