              Secondly, we are still integrated into a global economy. And we unfortunately play by those rules, the rules of free market.

              But you are completely missing the fact that the Russian Federation is the second country on Earth after US of A for attracting migrants.

              If you call that "doing horribly", well, that says a lot about you, not about Russia.
