  • How many years will they need to catch up with the US if we count 100k+ killed in Iraq by the US?

the only way for Russia to catch up with the US deeds in the middle east during 21st century, is to drop a nuke or a couple on a city or a few.

This whole thing is just incredibly shallow propaganda. Thousands have died due to primarily US support of their ME allies, to start a civil war, and now they are bitckhng about "dumb" bombs Russians are using to support the >still< legitimate government to stop Syria becoming Libya just 5x larger.

Bloodthirsty western politicians, and too many idiots rooting for death among mostly disillusioned population in the west. Iraq and Libya were not enough?!? That is all there is to it, and sadly as with any war - this will be striking us back home again and again, as there is no way to get rid of the vested vampires via the subverted democratic process which is currently the norm.

Where is the news that the Brits are finally going to join to the bombing party, as if there was not enough countries bombing Syrians yet?

Cameron who ****ed Libyans and then left them hang in a three year civil war, has the "moral" duty to drop 10% more bombs on Syria to feel better, a sad wanker. He should have rented pigs for a year straight instead, it would have been less expensive, more enjoyable and less destructive. Triple win, but noo... has to drop bombs "duty".

The US at least has some perverted financial interests in the region, what does this idiot have? A tiny penis? Unbelievable.

    • The 100,000 figure is bogus because it counts everything from 1991 including people who supposedly died due to malnutrition due to UN sanctions making their economy worse. Basically, take it up with the UN not the US.

      • Various scientific surveys of Iraqi deaths resulting from the first four years of the Iraq War estimated that between 151,000 to over one million Iraqis died as a result of conflict during this time.[1] A later study, published in 2011, estimated that approximately 500,000 Iraqis had died as a result of the conflict since the invasion.[2] Counts of deaths reported in newspapers collated by projects like the Iraq Body Count project found 174,000 Iraqis reported killed between 2003 and 2013, with between 112,000-123,000 of those killed being civilian noncombatants.

I doubt this is widely off the mark, if anything it is an underestimate.

        • Does it count only those deaths that were directly caused by US troops fire, or also those deaths that resulted from the actions of terrorists in Iraq against US troops, for example by the explosions of IEDs

I do because journalists were too afraid to go and actually count bodies so they just printed rumors without evidence. Also that counts everyone who died of any violent death including deaths cause by terrorists so claiming the US caused it is full of ****.

              • And, according to the article, also far from the frontline between the Assad regime and other rebel groups ... so one cannot even talk about collateral damages ... as it seems like the planes were deliberately targeting civilian areas

                • Just realize that every time you deny that Russian forces shot down that airliner and killed all of those people the entire world thinks you are a lying ****** because you are.

The Pentagon calls that "collateral damage".

Was the US not the instigator of the situation and by not providing proper security post invasion directly responsible for all those deaths?

Will some dumb bombs from Russia any time soon reach even near level of death and destruction provided to the region as the decades of US military action in the middle east on behalf of Israel and the Sudis?

                      I guess not.

Yet you somehow seem compelled to be OK with the action that you yourself participated in, and complain about Russian involvement due to>>>> wait for it >>>> concern about civilians!!! Yet you do not like Fox or Republicans.

                      • Most of those deaths happened between 1991 and 2003 during the oil for food period when malnutrition was rampant. The second big block of dead people happened during the country's civil war where the sectarian conflict resulted in militias and terrorists went around killing each other. That was post turn over of authority where the US was trying to scale back and hand things over to the Iraqis. When that did not work we did a surge to stop the camel jockeys killing each other. That worked but the victorious shia'a government voted in by the people ran things like a sectarian dictatorship, stopped paying the Sunni militia groups the US had coopted in Anbar, and things went to **** once again after the US left.

Sometimes, you have to say you helped the primative natives as much as you can but it isn't your rodeo and they are responsible for making their own country work (or not). Clearly, they went with or not.

                        • Their country was doing quite well in 1908's when they were the US ally in the war against Iran, it was developing rather well... ended with the Kuwait invasion - so sanctions next and a decade later, ousted in the most misguided US action ever, worse than Vietnam war, initiated on pure fabrications.

Who is the guilty party if not the one which orchestrated it all, and in the aftermath failed to provide even a modicum of fair governance?

A good counter what happend to Iraq, Libya and is now happening in Syria is Egypt, where US relented and was happy to accept another secular dictator in place of the old one where the 80M people continue to live and develop at their own pace, not under one forced by tens of tons of TNT failing on their heads.

Russian investigation - one week, terrorist act, a bomb in a cargo bay.

Western investigation -1.5 years, a conclusion that doesn't match a live test. I mean, come on, you can't even fabricate some lies in 1.5 years you had? When you needed to invade other countries on a false pretext, usually it took less time.

Once again, please stop insulting people of entire world by saying that they're thinking in the same way as brainwashed western loonies like you.

If you want to see real racism go to any where the Islamic Militants are numerous and remember to smile for the camera when they chop your head off and take all the females in your family as sex slaves (unless they are over 40, they just behead those older women for not being worth raping).
