looking for a backup car

serves 2 purposes: when weather is **** lets me get to work vs taking motorcycle; and lets me and wife and kid take trips without cramming into audi tt

requirements:

1) 4 door
2) not boring
3) <35k for a used model w/ ~30k miles on it (it is going to be 3rd vehicle in house, so anything more expensive is a waste)

Current top picks are a 2011-2012 328/335 xDrive BMW or Cadillac CTS

Any suggestions?

Most of them are then also wearing hoodies to board meetings but they will probably appreciate knowing this as well. After all most get paid several million a year, they can't afford to look like peasants
