I'm not trying to defend the Dems, but there is a difference between allowing something to happen and being the one doing it.

First, it was the right program for the situation and they knew it. They didn't speak out against it because they were afraid of another attack. This is just politics. That's it. It's a game and one I think the democrats will lose. Certainly there will be no charges.

I doubt if anyone really thinks it should be. It's there for the good guys, not the bad guys.
