Police: No criminal charges after fetus found in school bathroom

DALLAS -- Police say there will be no criminal charges filed after a fetus was found in a second-floor bathroom of Dallas ISD's Woodrow Wilson High School last Friday.

In a statement, Dallas Police Public Information Officer Monica Cordova said police had "spoken to all involved" and it had "been classified as a miscarriage." As such, there was no criminal case to file.

A maintenance worker found the fetus last week after being alerted by students. The second floor of the school was closed for the investigation last Friday around 2:30 p.m.

Additional counselors were brought to the school Tuesday to hear any concerns from students.

They also attempted to use the life begins at conception law to outlaw the pill because it prevents a fertilized zygote from implanting into the uterus. Fortunately, courts have struck down all the wing nut life begins at conception laws but they keep passing them any way because the morons who vote for them love it.
