The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

I just thought about what it would be like to use my dominant hand for movement... i got a 20 year old flashback of playing multiplayer doom2 on dialup BBS's
it wasn't mouse look (at least, not the default)
I used to use my right hand on the arrow keys... it was up and down = forward and back... but left and right turned instead of strafe
strafe was left ctrl (hold, then use left+right)
shoot was space
