I've been improving ever so slightly
I know nobody cares about this stuff. I only share it because I rarely set personal goals... and even more rarely achieve them.
I like being in good shape and having energy
also, I've eaten 6-7 cups of fruit today (bananas, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, frozen strawberries in a smoothie)
my poop will smell like berries
also, i poop about five times a day
big healthy logs
getting >60g of fiber
maybe >100-150g of protein (depending on factors)
I've not been counting calories. My goal is to work out as much as possible, using food as fuel.
I'm down 3 inches on my waist since the beginning of the month
this is the fastest I've ever gotten my ass into shape
