Monday I did the serious sprints. It felt good to push myself.

My outdoor cardio is more low-medium intensity interval training... walking for the most part, with occasional bursts of running just to get the heart rate up

I even skated a couple times last week.

I was woken up by a cat barfing. I tried to sleep through it, but the smell got to me. The one cat, Jones, is a loudmouth and started meowing. My nephew was awake and was meowing back at him through the door. Now the kid is wailing. Ugh.

Great, glad they are working and they are helping. My father btw was an excellent sprinter. It was his training regimen even though I am not built like he was for sprinting.
