IIRC it had something to do with moving so fast past some black holes that you could sort of cut corners around their gravity wells.

I posted on Facebook a status stating "Some questions God can't answer. Like how many kilometers in a liter."
This is actually an interesting philosophical question, though. Is God limited to logical prepositions?

I never understood why some people talk about it as if it's the worst film ever. It's really bad, but clearly in the 'so bad its good' category.

Is it as bad as the Atlas Shrugged movies or Battlefield Earth?

If God is eternal this means he can't destroy himself which means he isn't all powerful.
There are many such logical arguments and the reply usually is that the human mind is limited and can't grasp the full extend of divinity (which is what ben alluded to).

However the need for divinity seems to be a universal human trait.
Unfortunately that can only underline (from a certain point of view) the ultimate futility and randomness of human existance.

(which is further underlined by the proposition of multiple big bangs and pararel universes, like spontaneous bubbles in a soda glass, which is why you always need a shoulder to lie on)
