Yes and no. Jesus set up a logical hierarchy. He trumps any OT contradictions... like hating gay people versus loving everyone, for instance.

Jesus specifically said that marriage is between one man and one woman. Since you say "Jesus superceded the Old Testament", clearly you would also believe that Jesus endorsed marriage between one man and one woman.
