Do gay men objectify other men ? Yes. Love goes in at the eye, and we live more and more in a short attention span visual culture. I'm surrounded by images of good looking men selling things from holidays to clothes to aftershave to films to razors and toothpaste. Many are undressed or barely dressed, many are young-ish and presented as objects of desire.

The rationale is quite simple: gay men used to not have the 'drag' of providing for offspring or maintaining a wife, thus had more disposable income, meaning that companies would target them knowingly or unknowingly according to how wised up their advertising was.

Are there inequalities in gay male life ? Yes- the same as in the non-gay world. Education, immigrant status, race, ethnic background, looks, salary/wages, job, and so on.

No to mention penis size....
