No, they don't. Mexico is awash in guns and they're sold from stores on any main street in the country. Don't believe me? Go down to Tijuana sometime and they'll happily sell you a Sasturday Night Special at any of dozens of tourist stands. They all are smaller than .38 cal though. This NRA talking point that Mexico somehow doesn't have guns is just a lie, oh, and before you even make the claim, yes, most of them are perfectly legal even down there.
