  • Meteor Shower Tonight - and Acid Reflux

Cameltoe something meteors supposed to impress in 2-6 hours for you east coasters but I imagine us folk in the plains should get a show too soon after...

Could be a helluva light show

anyway, I've learned something about avoiding acid reflux

dont eat big meals before reclining or laying down to type warnings about acid reflux on the internet.

and pot can be bad for acid reflux, who woulda figured?

It relaxes the muscle keeping stomach acid in the stomach, kinda important...

About a week ago Net and I were up on the second floor watching the stars and saw a huge shooting star that lit up the sky (against a pretty full moon). It was the biggest I've ever seen, I figured humanity was toast but it didn't look like it made it to the ground.

Sounds like this one will be done by the time night rolls around here?

I cant say, where is orangesoda?

I'm buzzed, dont think I'll make it another 2 hours and its been cloudy here all day so...good viewing! I'll have to read about the fireworks tomorrow

eh, maybe I'll make it outside for a few minutes

but if a full moon was a couple weeks ago it should be good for y'all under clear skies

Net and I watched the sky for a couple hours earlier. She saw two, but I didn't see any. I think it got dark here a bit too late.

appears it fizzled, but some are saying they might have miscalculated the debris trail and could be better tonight

I accidentally took a very long nap last night, woke up around 4-ish, remembered the meteor shower, then realized I was too lazy to not be naked, and went back to bed.

I wouldn't bother, rah. You might see a couple if you sit out for like an hour or so. The maximum would have been this morning during the day.

Actually they said it might be ok. Going to check it in about 30 minutes. Looks like it's clearing up.
