Yes, including the obsession people have with continuing to exist.

Das Kapital is a pretty ****ing hilariously bad. Every aspect of Marx's economic theory is based on the completely bull**** labor theory of value which has been discredited for about 150 years.
Das Kapital was first published in 1867. Which makes whoever you imagine responsible for discrediting the labour theory of value '150 years' ago remarkably presecient- or swift.

            God, you're such a know nothing @rsehole.

              1) HRW is a propaganda outlet.
              2) Chavez was the target of an attempted armed coup. Tell me which government wouldn't suspend civil liberties under those circumstances.

                  • The idea behind anarchism is that holding power over others is wrong; the only valid force is yours. How this can be achieved in the context society is to be debated. The general idea though revolves around direct democracy, small communities, and decentralization.

the labor theory of value predates Marx. It was Adam Smith who first articulated it. Maybe if you'd googled a little harder you would have discovered that.

The amusing fact about Marxism is that there's nothing revolutionary about it at all. It wallows about in old worthless classical economic theories while everyone else upgraded to marginalism forever ago.

What does that graph have to do with anything? Are you trying to suggest that scarcity is not a real thing?

                              • Repurposing and engineering significant quantities of the Earth's crust is something an advanced society would do. Policies just need to be sustainable. I'd rather we be heading in that direction. Survival

Don't worry. This whole "let's not plan for the future" version of capitalism is going to bite the dust quite quickly when(if) growth peaks.

If it doesn't peak, why stop the party?
