I posted this thread because I'm astonished that something like this could still happen in the 3rd millennium and astonished at how little public outcry there's been about this. I didn't post it because I want something to be done about it or think that anything necessarily can be done about it.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

Also, Obama should go on shirtless horseback rides. He'd look less silly than he does trying to Take Charge.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

Sadly, Africa is Chinatown - so much heinous excrement goes down there that it's hard to keep track even if the news pays attention. It's not necessarily racial issues that hurt the will of an American media that doesn't cover much foreign news anyway to cover stuff like this.
But goodness, so shockingly stupid that anyone in the world is still walking around so backwards in their heads.

The involvement of the U.S. in the missing plane is not about the plane. It's about power. The involvement of the U.S. in Crimea/Ukraine is also about power. In order for the U.S. to be involved in what happened in Nigeria, there would have to be some real benefit to the U.S., that said you never know when a special forces unit will sweep in and save the day.
I hope the girls are alright but the reality of the situation is that countries and businesses usually only get involved in ish when they can find a benefit to themselves. What can make a nigga wanna fight a whole night club/Figure that he ought to maybe be a pimp simply 'cause he don't like love/What can make a nigga wanna achy, break all rules/In a book when it took a lot to get you hooked up to this volume/
What can make a nigga wanna loose all faith in/Anything that he can't feel through his chest wit sensation

Wait, what Montreal Massacre?
Sadly Africa is resource-town. Allowing Africa to wallow in chaos and violence let's us reap its resources at bargain basement prices. Now if these rebels ever start attacking oil rigs, pipelines, refineries, loading platforms or tankers you'll see some action."I say shoot'em all and let God sort it out in the end!

Does this mean if someone asks me for money for Nigeria, it may not be a scam?
In all seriousness though, this is absolutely horrible stuff. Interestingly enough Nigeria is participating in the 2014 World Cup this Summer. Wonder if they may be any protests while billions of people will be watching (esp when they play Argentina in their 1st round game).“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35 (NRSV)
