Even at 50% reduction, if the the entire teen population was vaccinated the strains that promoted cancer would eventually become extinct. Unless of course you're pro-cancer.

50 percent is insufficient for herd immunity to work with HPV. You need around 80-90 percent and that's for things that respond well like DPT and MMR.
