  • Lent again

See you in a little less than two months. Would have just appended this to a comment in another thread, but I don't have much to contribute to any conversation going on at present. Hopefully there won't be a huge land war in eastern Europe by the time I get back.

Why do you always ask these questions when I have one foot out the door? It's a lame name I came up with when I was thirteen. My last name backwards with a K instead of a C.

I'm sorry if that annoyed you.

                        Can I give up religion?
“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

You have to have it to give it up.

See you when we can once again say Alleluia!

I shall, once again, be giving up animal flesh for my 40 days (well, 46, since I don't do the Sunday "Feast Day").
“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
                            - John 13:34-35 (NRSV)

Atheism is a religion too, so no.
