I never said that. I said only "IF" they were planning on denying service to Christians. So I wouldn't be forcing then to do anything since they wouldn't be denying service.

So if a gay bar were to decline service, you'd be arguing that they need to prominently display the rainbow flag or face closure. This is contrary to freedom of conscience, and to freedom of association, both rights guaranteed by the constitution.

FTR: The baker in question didn't have a general policy against serving gays as a class. He simply had a refusal to participate in a gay marriage ceremony.

One, the Amish are exempt. Two, exemptations have been done before for religious communities under similar circumstances who are willing to forgo benefits in order to maintain their community.

Three, the military is a constitutional requirement. Where does the constitution guarantee access to condoms? I don't see it. Where are condoms a natural right?
