Only if they decide they don't want to serve Christians because of their religious beliefs. Then yeah. But I think we'll find that gays aren't as bigoted in those regards.

Benny and others can take, to determine whether or not their religious liberty is in danger.
3. I am being forced to pay for birth control for others, contrary to the dictates of my faith.
5. I am allowed to be bullied with no legal recourse.
8. Another faith has been named the official church. (In CANADA the official church is Anglican, with a long history of Catholic persecution).
10. Certain occupations are closed to me due to my public religious stance.
That's 4 out of 10 selections. So yes, my religious liberty is under seige. The test says that if any 1 of these fails the test, My religious liberty is threatened.
Thanks, Mr. Fun.Last edited by Ben Kenobi; February 26, 2014, 17:28.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

I never said that. I said only "IF" they were planning on denying service to Christians. So I wouldn't be forcing then to do anything since they wouldn't be denying service.
You're on the wrong side of history here, rah. I thought you were a supporter of the cause. Apparently not!Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

1 A) I am not allowed to go to a religious service of my own choosing.
True, I cant... They put us Church of the Altered State followers in jail
2 A) I am not allowed to marry the person I love legally, even though my religious community blesses my marriage.
Also true, but why do we need their blessing?
3 A) I am being forced to use birth control.
Thats disingenuous, the issue is religious folk being taxed to pay for stuff they find immoral. I know how they feel, I dont like paying for a drug war that prohibits me from exercising my religion.
4 A) I am not allowed to pray privately.
Yup, not if prayer involves the divinely blessed manna from God my shaman ancestors have used from the primordial days when God lived with mankind
5 A) Being a member of my faith means that I can be bullied without legal recourse.
I'd be happy with a little bullying, they put us in cages
6 A) I am not allowed to purchase, read or possess religious books or material.
Its called paraphernalia
7 A) My religious group is not allowed equal protection under the establishment clause.
Yeah, unless being equally protected in jail counts
8 A) Another religious group has been declared the official faith of my country.
It aint official, but the country is run by people who think their religion is under attack
9 A) My religious community is not allowed to build a house of worship in my community.
HempHouse! Actually, I gotta quit - my Doc says it'll take my acid reflux damage longer to heal
10 A) I am not allowed to teach my children the creation stories of our faith at home.
They'd take my kids away for being a bad parent

What about Quakers having to pay for wars?
Three, the military is a constitutional requirement. Where does the constitution guarantee access to condoms? I don't see it. Where are condoms a natural right?Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.
