obviously, he can't help it. He must have been conditioned by the Patriarchy.

Apparently I've slid even further down the rankings of 'poly's craziest member'.

A debate that was held at the university I went to had the title 'All Men Are Potential Rapists'. Frankly having the equipment still doesn't make one a potential rapist, so I disagreed with it from the very beginning.

People often say, "how can a women rape a man?"

With a gun. You don't even need a penis.

It would not be wise to piss them off unless you have principles.

Women are sometimes paid less because they have babies. This is done for purely economic reasons and in a competitive market nothing can change that completely.

Are you suggesting that I lack them ?

Women are sometimes paid less because they have babies.

I would have thought given the effort and time involved (and the division of labour required to conceive) that women, in all fairness, should then be paid more.

After all, if successfully carried to birth they're contributing to the future generations of society- and they're the ones at risk of pre-eclampsia, pulmonary embolism, morning sickness, post natal depression, high blood pressure haemorrhoids and so on.

This is done for purely economic reasons and in a competitive market nothing can change that completely.
Uh huh. Nothing to do with living in male dominated societies then, where 'women's work' is a term of abuse and 'womanly' and 'girly' aren't simply descriptive but also states a real man wouldn't want to be seen in....

                        You're so funny.

I'm not sure how you feel about groups who think anyone who criticises them is a bigot, who will ruin people's careers because they said something they disagree with, and who judge people according to hearsay.

What about people who work to pay their bills while they are at home pregnant?

In this country people with children pay lower taxes and the poor get tax credits.

Where are all the women beating down the doors to become truck drivers and garbage collectors? If you think this is a make dominated society talk to a male nurse

I have- when I had my gall bladder surgery. He was German, and I was the first person to greet him in German since he'd started working here. I fail to see how his being a male nurse disproves my assertion that Western societies are male dominated. That is one profession where numbers may differ, but there is a prejudice against men being nurses- it's seen as not a real man's job, for instance.

Usually by people who've never been nurses in hospitals.

Nothing is equal. Women wear the pants. They dominate the family. They call the shots. I've heard 78% of men say they have been threatened with false accusations at work, at home, or in some other setting. There was a revolution. We lost. Men don't even have a clue. They hear all this about Patriarchy and their eyes glaze over. The lights are on but no one is home.

that's interesting because i've heard that 74% of statistics are made up on the spot.
