disregarding what's been debated here now, I figure one of the worst punishments for any person it so be "in the police database or system". It will never actually really leave there, and you will be a suspect anytime anywhere for any reason and if society utilizes this sort of information effectively, it's difficult to get a job, loan, anything.

Other than that, what I've seen Sochi this far, everything seems to be going really well and cool stuff all over, so far at least.
