              I've been to Kansas, it's a nice drive in the summer. I liked Western Kansas.

                I've only been to New York and surroundings. Was a nice place. I want to visit the south once though. My uncle has an apartment outside Miami, so perhaps I can get down to him one day. If I ever come to Texas, Ben, I'll sleep on your couch for a day or two.

                  I like Edvard Munch. And Ibsen. And the film of Jo Nesbø's 'Headhunters'. And 'Manhunt'. And the mug my friend brought me back from Flåm.

                  We had lotsa Norwegian students at Manchester University when I was there. Easily spotted by their expensive woollen jumpers and artfully tousled blond locks.
