  • Which extinct creature would you most like to eat?

No poll since there are almost infinite options. Personally, I'd like to grill me an aurochs. Ground sloth might be interesting too. I assume T. Rex is gamey and parasite-ridden, but I guess it's worth it just to say you had it once. Still gonna go with the aurochs. That's one big ****in' porterhouse cut.

How about you? Ornithomimus? Eohippus? Quagga? Trilobite escargo?

Aurochs is an excellent choice. I'm a poultry fan, so the elephant bird has some appeal.

My wife mentions the dodo. Supposedly they were tasty.

          Triceratops steaks sound pretty good.

                      Passenger Pigeon.

I mean, there's gotta be a reason we hunted them to extinction, right? Right?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Steller's Sea Cows. Cold water adapted relatives of the manitee which Europeans wiped out in less than 20 years supposedly because they were so tasty and easy to catch.

Your wife beat me to the best answer. The dodo must have been pretty damn delicious to have been hunted to extinction so quickly.
