          I am not the only one who thinks that Sweden/etc are particularly well governed.


          There is definite room for improvement. The education (free) and support (if you fail, it isn't that life is over) means that Swedes are in a very good place to be able to be entrepreneurs (And many are). On the other hand, they have difficulties do to the high housing costs and the culture 'to not make a splash'. But the latter two is not part of governance (some of the costs are, but I think that is a minor thing).

              It's what the fingerprint people at the Fed told me. If you've found something that contradicts it I defer to that.
