So a kind, upstanding citizen has been going around putting quarters in people's parking meters right before the meter ladies are able to write tickets. The problem is city officials are upset about this and are now suing the good Samaritans. Do you think this should be allowed?
To be fair the city isn't suing the people for paying the meters and not allowing the city to write tickets and instead they're claiming the good Samaritans have harassed the meter maids by following them around in order to pay the meters just before they can write a ticket. The organization denies any harassment has occurred and says they have video taped all events in order to prevent the city from making false claims like this.
