I realize reading comprehension isn't your strong suit but the Democratic Party had already blocked re-authorization in a failed and vainglorious attempt at forcing expansion of the program and the move by the State GOP was a move to keep it in operation by other means. So your party has in effect voted to kill Medicaid not once but twice.
