Marriage used to be defined only between two people of the same race, until the court ruled this unconstituional. And it wasn't that long ago, that prisoners had no right to marry, until a court ruling in 1980s. Did either of these rulings lead to legalization of polygamy?

None of those decisions changed the definition of marriage (1 man/1 woman). So I ask again, on what legal basis are we to ban radical Morman sects and Muslims from various countries from legaly practicing polygamy here if we change the definition of marriage to allow you to participate because of equal protection?

We should reinstate anti-miscegenation laws. Blacks can marry, just not with whites. Whites can marry, just not with blacks.

Sex is relevant to marriage color is not. Arguing that color is relevant doesn't establish that sex is irrelevant to marriage.
