We have an indoor one already.
I've stayed at a ski resort that had an outdoor jacuzzi. It was very popular. People would soak in it while enjoying their apres ski drink. It seemed to be the best place to pick up chicks."I say shoot'em all and let God sort it out in the end!

Definitely stick with the firepit. It's a modular design and located adjacent to the lawn area, so it's easily converted to more turf should you start (or sell to) a family in a few years.

Do you have natural gas to the house? If you do, then I would recommend keeping the fire pit and augmenting it with outdoor natural gas heat lamps. Not the best picture I could find but here is one. Had a couple of these at a house I used to own in Franklin and it kept us on the patio 10 months a year.
I would also get gas to the firepit and some permanent logs. Not quite so cool as wood, but when you can flip a switch and its on, then you will use it a lot more.
A few of those heat lamps and a gas fire pit and I bet you will be on the patio for dinner most clear nights.
Still...like everyone says...do what YOU want. Between our houses there is 4.3m, or just over 14 feet."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

Been with my partner for 10 years now, and we are very happy together. So personal advice is out, too.
Plus I'm pretty sure that both of us, individually, earn many times what he does. So financial is out, naturally."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
