You really think it is "justice" to punish poor business decisions with anything other than business consequences? You really think that a banker you entrust your savings to, through his willful incompetence, should still maintain his job and get his bonuses while your money disappears (or more correctly, goes to pay dividends)? I'll assume you are trolling and not really that fvcking stupid.

                                If you don't like how the bank is run find a new bank. Nobody is forcing you to do business with them.
