Not a single farmer has lost the family farm due to inheritance taxes in the last half century. As I recall one of the left leaning groups in the late 1990's (when Republicans were pushing to kill the estate tax over claims it hurt family farms) offered $1 million to anyone who could prove a single family farm was lost due to the estate tax and as yet, some 15 years or so later, no one has been able to do so. There is still an easy $1 million to be made if you can prove the estate tax hit a family farm.

For that to happen:
They do have to KNOW your product
They have to see that the it fills one of their needs
Understand that it is the best choice to fulfill their needs
And then have to take action or buy the product.
This is done with a combination of awareness building, brand image/perception, and information
Which of these three is the most important may vary, but all our key to the buying decision.
A commercial where you can't even remember the product is a total waste of money and effort.
Just curious as to what you thought the most effective commercials were? Any consensus around the office?"I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration." - Hillary Clinton, 2003
