Maybe not "awesome," but definitely "pretty good"

I had a meeting at work that I'd been dreading where I had to explain to the crypto team that they'd screwed up our encryption library, but they took it surprisingly well. Later I picked up my niece from preschool and we watched a tinkerbell movie at my place, then met my brother / sister-in-law / other niece at a mexican restaurant for dinner, then we went to a pet store to play with the ferrets.

Today has been pretty awesome so far. Got up, fed the pets, went to the poker room at the casino, lost $260 on the very first hand, fought my way back and finished up $320 total (including my first ever quad-aces), increasing my current streak to 8 out of the last 9 visits turning a profit (the ninth was dead even), went to the store to pick up something to make for dinner (pork loin), played some computer games, and now waiting for Galnemer to return from work.

And then, I replied to a Ben post, so that was pretty much the end of that.

                              Pork loin, damn.

I don't want to clear the snow off my car so I've been avoiding getting much needed groceries. I'm eating applesauce and peanut butter.
