Since when was a longer growing season a problem?
      John Brown did nothing wrong.

I'm sorry the man died. However, I'm struggling to figure out what else you think should have been done to help him other than the help that was offered and rejected.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

I think the hundreds of millions of people worldwide, that live in coastal cities such as New York, might be somewhat irritated by dramatically rising sea levels. And we would see large parts of the fertile American Midwest, and other agriculturally productive regions of the world become more dry.

Well, DD, we could all quit driving hybrids, and start hauling ass in SUVs. Then maybe this guy wouldn't have froze to death.

Well the locals seem to feel that they should have done more as a community and are planning to do so by seeing if they can open a centre in the town for the homeless.

Instead of saying the guy brought it onto himself, you could have just expressed sympathy, and left it at that.

So, beach front property > lives of the homeless. Check.

Christians are also supposed to tell the truth.

It would cause mass, global dislocation of people who live in coastal cities, causing a humanitarian crisis of the like we'd have never seen/experienced.

It's not about the aesthetics of having beach-front property, moron. Not to mention that large parts of coastal cities will be flooded, that are not beachfront.

Beachfront property like Mumbai, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Miami, Ho Chi Minh City, Kolkata, New York City, Osaka-Kobe, Alexandria, and New Orleans?

That's not one of the reasons global warming is a problem, no.

The economic value of beach front property easily exceeds the cost of saving the lives of the homeless through more traditional means. Check.
