    • Unions are not forcing non-union workers to join.

      Non-union workers are not forced to pay union dues. As long as they are properly informed before taking a job, non-union workers take a job fully aware that they will have to pay union dues, so they make that CHOICE.

      They can refuse a job, or quit any job that has a union in it, and find another job if non-union workers prefer lower wages, and no benefits that would be gained through collective bargaining.

      I don't see where non-union workers are being compelled.
      A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

                            Denying marriage to American gay couples within United States is a civil rights violation.

                            There is no civil rights violation with workers, as they can remain in United States and work at a different job where there is no union, or quit their current job, where there is a union.

                            Otherwise what you're saying is like saying that corporate CEOs should be prohibited from lobbying and from giving campaign contributions because many of their workers are opposed to the politics of those CEOs.

                              No, it sounds like those groups are pro-corporation and pro-upper class. "Right to work" means nothing more than the "right" to work for as low wages as possible, with as few benefits as possible.
