Unions are not forcing non-union workers to join.
Non-union workers are not forced to pay union dues. As long as they are properly informed before taking a job, non-union workers take a job fully aware that they will have to pay union dues, so they make that CHOICE.
They can refuse a job, or quit any job that has a union in it, and find another job if non-union workers prefer lower wages, and no benefits that would be gained through collective bargaining.
I don't see where non-union workers are being compelled.A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

There is no civil rights violation with workers, as they can remain in United States and work at a different job where there is no union, or quit their current job, where there is a union.
Otherwise what you're saying is like saying that corporate CEOs should be prohibited from lobbying and from giving campaign contributions because many of their workers are opposed to the politics of those CEOs.A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

No, it sounds like those groups are pro-corporation and pro-upper class. "Right to work" means nothing more than the "right" to work for as low wages as possible, with as few benefits as possible.A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.
