Unions are not forcing non-union workers to join.
Non-union workers are not forced to pay union dues. As long as they are properly informed before taking a job, non-union workers take a job fully aware that they will have to pay union dues, so they make that CHOICE.
They can refuse a job, or quit any job that has a union in it, and find another job if non-union workers prefer lower wages, and no benefits that would be gained through collective bargaining.
I don't see where non-union workers are being compelled.A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.Comment
