Computers aren't becoming less secure. Computers are getting used for more things, creating more opportunities for users to do stupid **** and get their computers pwned.Comment

He said while Guadagno’s directive did not specifically mention it, the instructions for voters approved for email balloting are the same as what an overseas resident would get.
"These are the instructions that voters voting electronically receive: They do need to return the hard-copy ballot immediately after they vote," he said.
