There is a Reserve to the SW of the city.

It's complicated. It's like building a road through another country.

This is why sensible people live in the NW.

Is it unconstitutional to sue someone for fraud?

Your point notwithstanding, the Ministry of Truth's raison d'être was outright lies, so "I'd rather people be allowed to tell outright lies than have a Ministry of Truth to prevent them from doing so" is a rather odd thing to say.

Can the government evaluate the truthfulness of a factual claim when putting someone on trial for murder? It seems like prosecuting people for crimes requires the government to act as a "ministry of truth" and decide whether something is true or not.

The state may believe they are guilty, but it would be the jury who are supposed to decide. Unless you are a terrorist or something.

Someone who is living in Texas is saying that to someone living in Canada?

                      Rich.
