He's doing things like extending the LRT lines to areas which don't yet have the population to support them but are projected to within the next 20 years. He's doing things like acquiring extra land around intersections for major roads so they can cheaply be upgraded to interchanges as the volume necessitates. He's fast tracking other projects, and putting pressure on the province to complete the SW portion of the ring road. Why do you think he raised the taxes?
