No, really, gribbler. Don't sugarcoat it. What do you think? Just speak right up.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

He also hates Texans and Australians, he does diversify." ~ Braindead

Similarly, if America had strict freedom of speech restrictions, but allowed any comment denigrating Islam would the Islamic world hate America for its (oxymoronic) freedom, or for it's denigrating statements against Islam. One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Seriously though, if you are a religious or political leader in a nation (any nation) with rampant unemployment, a corrupt government/clergy and a huge rich/poor gap, who do you want the angry masses to take their frustrations out on - you or them? The Muslim Brotherhood has called for a Million Man March against the US today. Do you think this will require anyone to take time off work?
We have, temporarily, given 3 countries "freedom", at the cost of western and local lives. 10 bombings in one day in Iraq doesn't get a mention here. Australian soldiers killed by Afghani police barely gets a mention. Since Libya is newly free, it is still interesting. Oh well, I guess Iran will distract us from that, too. There's nothing wrong with the dream, my friend, the problem lies with the dreamer.
