    • I'm not the one on the line. I didn't stick my fingers in my ears yelling "He's innocent!"

Unless of course you are now saying you were trolling? I guess to some poeople that is easier than admitting they were wrong.

It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

        • I don't understand how this became an issue for right wingers in the first place.

Is cheating a right wing value?

          • I supported him for awhile, but the evidence kept growing and growing. It's too bad, he was usually a feel good story. It does make me wonder who wasn't cheating.

            • I wasn't trolling then, but then I lost interest and never got it back.

But there you were, so hot to trot, I thought you might like a dance.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

              • I just looked back up thread. Wow, I started blatant trolling back on post 62, I wonder how I forgot that.

                • It's pretty clear at this point, I think, that he was cheating. The sad thing is, he's probably better off for cheating anyway, despite being caught. Unless that's what gave him testicular cancer, which is possible.

                      • I like the claims about EPO, 5% performance boost, difference from being top to being in the middle of the pack. I also wander whether Indurain and Le Mond managed to win fairly or just by being the best dopers of their own respective generations.

                        • Can't we just switch to fully automated, riderless hypercycles that zoom along at 150 mph or so? It'd eliminate the doping arguments and all the tiresome touching-personal-narrative BS in addition to being more fun to watch. Especially if they have laser cannon or caltrops or something else to make it more Mario-Kart-esque.

                          • Actually, that needs to be a video game. Sort of Twisted Metal meets Gran Turismo, where you have to invest in engines, armor or armament and choose between rugged or nimble body types. That'd be cool. Probably already exists.
