Only once I got into a fight

Two kids had a ball that belonged to me, they would not return to it to me and were making fun of me throw it to each other over my head, so I kicked one of the guys in the thig, he fell to the floor in pain and I grabbed the ball.
I don't know if this qualifies, because I threw the first kick, but the other 2 kids were making fun of me and not returning something that was mine.

I would say that about 50% of the fights I were in were inconclusive, due to them being broken up or just a general lack of commitment on the part of all concerned. About 15% I definitely won, and the remaining 35% I got soundly battered in.

I was very large for my age. I never got battered as a pre-teen, except once or twice.

As a late teen, and as an adult is another matter. They caught up to me.
