Actually, that was from a retirement calculator. I don't remember which one.
I think it includes the expectation that I would not be receiving social security/etc.
It might also include that I don't expect to be able to save in the near future (I have to pay off student loans/etc first), in which case it isn't likely to be relevant for others.
