        Mostly because what you do is boring so the second you start talking about it everyone in the group's eyes glaze over and they start to consider lighting themselves on fire just so they no longer have to listen to you drone on and on. I'm sure it doesn't help that most CS majors have fewer social skills than your average aardvark.

                I wish I could disagree with Oerdin's quip about social skills, but I haven't found all that many counterexamples at CMU.

                  I have seven colleagues with a CS - they are all married and have at least one child.
                  With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
