Possibly Luke for the way he reinvented the Jedi after the fall of the Empire, but possibly also Yoda.

Of the Jedi on that list, it's Qui-Gon. His mastery of the Living Force allowed him to effect the will of the Force without bias, and his (re)discovery of the whole Force Ghost thing meant that Luke wouldn't have to go at it alone.
Yoda was clearly an awesome Jedi, but he had grown rigid and uncreative in his old age. Mace Windu was far too arrogant for his own good. Anakin was clearly a very powerful Jedi, but not particularly wise. Dooku was easily duped.
As for the other answers, Star Wars happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, so they're not just movies. And of course there are other Jedi Masters, but most of the named ones died in like three seconds against Palpatine and the rest are EU which nobody cares about.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.
