For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
Whose telephone call was that from? Z's or a witness? If it's a witness then that person ought to have pretty much seen the whole episode and ought to be able to give conclusive testimony.
It was a woman reporting the disturbance. I'm not sure how good of a witness they would be. Dark outside and their description on the phone wasn't very detailed at all. I think it was in someone else's yard too. Just from what she said on the phone I would doubt she would be useful witness for anything other than what is recorded on the call anyways.
There was another where the guy was more descriptive (knowing it was a fight between 2 men) and could have had a better view. The fight was next to his back porch but he called later. He might be a much better witness.

"Capitalism ho!"
Evidence seems to be mounting that, at the very least, Martin was not a passive participant in the confrontation. He may have even been the aggressor. That said - and this is not a legal opinion - I still think Zimmerman is in the wrong because there would have been no confrontation whatsoever had he not been following Martin around with a gun for specious reasons.

It's about the media trying to fan this into a racial incident, and that's what really has me bothered by all this. Zimmerman is still clearly in the wrong in my book, but that's no reason to turn it into something its not.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
